About us
WELCOME TO MISSISSAUGA HOCKEY ACADEMY
Mississauga Hockey Academy is pleased and excited to train elite athletes as part of the High Performer Program. Our mission is to work with and inspire elite athletes who are motivated, determined and serious about taking the next step in their development as a hockey player. Mississauga Hockey Academy understands that there is much more that goes in to building a professional hockey player, that cannot be taught in a simple skills training session. Our staff of highly experienced and educated coaches are determined to teach the overall skills and fundamentals required to play hockey at an elite level, as well as demonstrating the skills away from the ice that is expected of a professional hockey player. We go above and beyond and teach the game on a deeper level to ensure our athletes are the best prepared to take the next step to becoming a pro!

Program Overview
Segment One
September – December
The first segment of the program is designed to introduce our athletes to our training and build a foundation. As we progress through this segment, drills and sessions become increasingly vigorous.
segment two
January – March
The second segment of the program is designed to gear up our athletes for playoffs in their respective leagues. On-ice sessions become more intense with game-like drills and off-ice sessions will demand more of our athletes.
Segment three
April – June
The final segment of the program is designed to maintain foundational skills and training as we ramp up. On-ice sessions continue to be intense with a stronger emphasis on conditioning, with off-ice giving more attention to speed, and agility. The primary focus of this segment is to send our athletes in to the off-season in the best shape possible.
